You are volunteering to assist at VBS at Prince of Peace Catholic Church in HOOVER, AL during the week of June 5-10, 2023 from 9am-noon.
All adult volunteers:
1. Must complete this form by March 6, 2023.
2. Hold current diocesan youth protection certification PRIOR to the start date of VBS.
3. Be at least 21 years old.
