New Adult Faith Study-Dec.

The Sunday morning adult faith study led by Mike Brown will resume on December 5 with a new video series, David the King, and run through January 23, 2022.  This 6-part series by Bishop Robert Barron will be offered on Sundays from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. in the school library.

David was hailed as Israel’s king who would restore order in the world under the lordship of God.  Unfortunately, David was weak and his reign ushered in a succession of compromised kings and rejected profits.  The Scriptures, however, foretold a son of David who would realize the fullness of Israelite kingship, but whose actual reign defied expectations.  Bishop Barron helps us understand David’s significance in the succession which led to the King of ...
