Please join us for our first 2019 "Sibshops" session on Sunday, March 17 from 2:30pm - 5pm in Deasy Hall. This opportunity is for the siblings of children who have medical or developmental needs and challenges. Sibshops is a youth support group for these siblings (aged 8-13) filled with dynamic activities that will be delivered in a lively, recreational atmosphere right here at Prince of Peace.
This is a "don't miss" opportunity for siblings to meet, socialize and learn with other children who experience similar family dynamics. These positive quarterly workshops will focus on the siblings and also celebrate the importance of their contributions to the lives of their brothers and sisters with special needs.
RSVP or questions can be emailed to Megan Everett. There is no cost to attend, but space is limited! Sibshops is a national program which can be found in public, private or faith organizations that is dedicated to the lifelong and ever-changing concerns of millions of brothers and sisters of those with special health and developmental concerns.
