As Catholics, we believe the Eucharist is the real presence of Jesus Christ and that He lovingly offers Himself as spiritual nourishment with each celebration of the Mass. This intimate exchange with our Lord strengthens us spiritually and brings us closer to God. It also increases our capacity to love one another more fully and to live in Christian community.

Here at Prince of Peace we use Dynamic Catholic's Blessed program.  It uses world-class animation, workbooks that are works of art, Catechist-friendly leader guides, and incredible content that meets children where they are and leads them, step by step, to where God is calling them to be. 

Children may receive the sacrament of First Eucharist in the spring of second grade or thereafter.  For more information about our children's religious education programs, click here.
