'When I was a stranger, you welcomed me.' Matt 25:35
Jesus Christ teaches that whenever we welcome one of the least of our sisters and brothers, we welcome Christ Himself. Parishioners of a stewardship parish seek to see the face of Christ in one another. Hospitality is the cornerstone of stewardship, because it opens the door to a person’s heart and allows them to receive joy, grace and love. Hospitality is Christian kindness. Our many hospitality ministries listed below offer parishioners opportunities to offer and experience Christian hospitality, one of the four pillars of stewardship at Prince of Peace Catholic Parish.

Seniors’ Socials - on COVID-19 hiatus

The seniors' social ministry volunteers cook and serve lunch to this group on the third Tuesday of the month. Volunteers typically arrive between 8:30 am and 9:30 am and remain to clean up after the meal. Seniors interested in attending RSVP to the church office prior to the event each month. To volunteer contact Rosemary Carnley.
This ministry assists the church office as requested to provide support for special events. Volunteers will help plan event menus and décor and be on site at the event to set up, serve, troubleshoot, and clean up. All food, beverage and décor expenses are handled by the church office. For more information, contact Stacy Stone.
