GET INVOLVED AT POP
Are you interested in serving at Mass?
From Ushers and Greeters, to Readers and Eucharistic Ministers, Altar Servers and those who want to assist at the Mass and those who wish to serve "Behind-the-Scenes" with altar linens or candles we're always looking for committed individuals to participate in various areas of the mass.
We are a parish that embraces and promotes the stewardship way of life as exemplified by Jesus Christ. We seek to grow in gratitude for our abundant blessings, to challenge ourselves to stretch beyond what is comfortable, and to sacrifice. We share our presence, our prayers, our gifts and our service to continue Christ’s mission of transforming the world one person at a time.

ORGANIZATIONS

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
COUNCIL #11537
The Knights of Columbus is a well-known Catholic men's fraternal organization that serves our church and school community. Financial products for members and their family are also offered. The Prince of Peace Council #11537 provides men of our parish (starting at 18 years old) the opportunity to grow in their Catholic faith as they participate in the four degrees of the organization. The Council’s events and charitable outreaches offer many different ways to serve both our parish and community. They meet on the second and fourth Monday of the month at 7pm at the church.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS LADIES AUXILIARY
The "Lady Knights" come together in fellowship and provide organized assistance to the Prince of Peace Catholic Parish's Knights of Columbus Council’s spiritual, charitable, social and fundraising programs. They meet on the third Monday of the month at 6pm at the church.

The auxiliary attends the first Saturday spiritual rosary to pray for pro life and assist the Helpers of God's Precious Infants group. They join fellow parishioners at Prince of Peace's fifth Sunday rosary prayer service hosted by the Knights of Columbus. In addition, auxiliary members make and deliver rosaries to parish children receiving First Eucharist.

Outside of the parish, the auxiliary provides care for the homeless at The Nest; care for domestic violence victims at Safe House; care for human trafficking victims at Well House.
